An application to build 18 new dwellings, including seven affordable homes, in Outram Way, Hunston, has been submitted to Chichester District council.
The application, currently pending, was submitted by Gleeson Developments Limited.
The proposal comes seven years after a similar application for 18 affordable homes was refused on the grounds the proposed development is not conveniently located in relation to a good range of employment, leisure and public transport services.
It was also considered there was not a need for affordable housing in Hunston.
Determination deadline for the current application is Monday, November 12.
