Police name the Bognor man electrocuted at Drayton crossing

THE man who died at Drayton level crossing earlier this month has been named as Andrzej Pokorski.

The 21-year-old from Bognor Regis, known as AJ, was electrocuted on train tracks at the crossing, near Chichester, in the early hours of Saturday morning on February 14.

Ambulance and police staff attending made a desperate attempt to revive him but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

British Transport Police officers are currently investigating and have asked for any witnesses or anyone with any information to contact them by calling 0800 405040 or sending a text message to 61016 using the reference B8/ESUB of 19/02/15.
