Developer Beechcroft Land Ltd has appealed the council’s refusal to build 34 houses in Southbourne.

The application to develop land east of Breach Avenue received scores of objections, including from Southbourne Parish Council, who say the site is outside its neighbourhood plan and ‘is a wildlife resource which will be seriously damaged’. Parking and traffic issued have also been raised.
