ROC to tackle anti-social Chichester issues

A COMMUNITY group met up and discussed ways to improve the lives of Chichester city residents.

Chichester ROC (Redeeming Our Communities) is a church and police-led group, which reaches out to the community to see what residents want.

The main issues which came up at the Chichester meeting on October 24 were that there is a lack of youth provision in the city, concerns about loneliness particularly with the elderly, and the drinking culture in the city.

The ROC group said it would now come up with proposals to combat these issues.
