MANY schools in the Observer area are closed today (January 18), because of the heavy snow.
The following schools are closed:
Bartons Infant School in Bognor Regis, Billingshurst Primary School, Birdham CofE Primary School, Camelsdale Primary School in Haslemere, Central CofE Junior School in Chichester, Compton and Up Marden CofE Primary School, Duncton CofE Junior School, Fittleworth Church of England Village School, Fordwater School near Chichester, Funtington Primary School, Graffham Infant School near Petworth, Harting C.E. Primary School, Laburnum Grove Junior School in Bognor Regis, Lancastrian Infants’ School in Chichester, Chichester College, Littlegreen School in Compton, March CofE Primary School, Midhurst CofE Primary School, Midhurst Rother College, Northchapel Community Primary School near Petworth, Nyewood CofE Infant and Junior School in Bognor Regis, Petworth CofE Primary School, Rose Green Junior School, Singleton CofE Primary School, South Bersted CofE Primary School, Southbourne Infant School near Emsworth, Southway Primary Academy in Bognor Regis, St Anthony’s School near Chichester, Stedham Primary School near Midhurst, and Thorney Island Community Primary School near Emsworth.
Barnham Primary School close at 12 noon.
Kingsham Primary School in Chichester is currently open but will close from 1pm.
St Richard’s Catholic Primary School, in Chichester, will also close at midday.
The Selsey Academy was open, but is now closed due to the heavy snow.
