TRAFFIC: Broken down lorry on A27 causing delays

A BROKEN down lorry is causing disruption on the A27.

Delays of around 50 minutes are expected as congestion builds today (July 26), as people begin travelling for their summer holidays.

The lorry is on the A27 westbound carriageway partly blocking the Tangmere roundabout.

Traffic is currently backed up along the A27.

Police are directing traffic around the lorry.

The Highways Agency said normal conditions were expected to resume at 3.30pm.
