THERE are train delays this morning (November 20) on the railway lines across the south coast.
Southern Railway said because of earlier over-running engineering works between Brighton and Haywards Heath there was currently ‘major disruption’ to services on the main line and coastway routes.
It said: “Train services are now able to operate normally although services will continue to be subject to cancellation or alteration due to the displacement of coaches and train crew.
“Rail replacement buses are also running between Brighton and Haywards Heath via Burgess Hill, Hassocks and Preson Park.
“Additionally due to a faulty engineers train, services between Croydon and Balham via Selhurst are also being disrupted.”
