Chichester roadworks due to finish today

ROADWORKS which have been causing some traffic delays outside the Chichester Observer office at St Pancras are expected to be completed today (Friday, June 10).

Parts of the one-way system have been closed off by cones and barriers since the works started on Friday, May 20.

A group of roadworkers contracted by West Sussex County Council to carry out the works have been using a machine digger to replace old and cracked paving slabs.

The work was expected to last three weeks and it will finish right on schedule.
