TRAVEL: Accident on A27 bypass westbound

An accident involving two trucks on the A27 Chichester Bypass is causing delays westbound between B2145 Whyke Road and A286 Stockbridge Road.

Heavy traffic is reported westbound between the Stockbridge and Whyke roundabouts.

Congestion is also reported eastbound between the Fishbourne and Stockbridge roundabouts, and between Whyke roundabout and Bognor roundabout.

Police said the incident at 3.40pm involved two trucks but officers were no longer at the scene.
