A SPRAYED piece of graffiti has appeared in Chichester – sparking speculation about a possible visit from a world-famous graffiti artist.
The art is situated on the corner of the junction of New Park Road and St Pancras and one Observer reader contacted the paper today (December 17) after spotting it, saying she thought it was created by Banksy.
There is no clue as to the graffiti’s origin, but it appears to depict a person in a balaclava holding a megaphone.
Do you think this looks like a piece of art by Banksy, or is it an imitation?
