Rail travellers and residents were treated to an amazing display of synchronised aerobatics when these birds swarmed over Chichester railway station.

Thought by some observers to be starlings, which means the phenomenon would be called a murmuration, the birds swooped and dived in tight formation for around 10 minutes before disappearing from sight.
