Noted for our sausages

In reply to Duncan Barkes’ article (November 15) we are noted for our sausages (and bacon), made with pork from our free-range pig herd.

We do in all 20 different mixes, and we are rather proud of our meats – but especially our free-range pork sausages and bacon.
