There is no housing problem

When are your usual letter writers going to realise that neither Arun nor the country has a housing problem?

They clearly have a population problem, as there are far too many people in the district and country.

We would only have a housing problem if we had a surfeit of job vacancies, which we do not, so building new houses will only attract to the district commuters and economic immigrants to the country.

If we continue unabated with all this house-building, how eventually are we going to feed ourselves?

Oh I forgot, the supermarket!
