Graffham Rustics will be staging Michael Frayn's farce Noises Off next week.
The comedy is about a provincial English repertory company touring in a thoroughly-tacky sex comedy Nothing On.
A farce within a farce with doors that slam and one that just swings, three months after the dress rehearsal cues are bungled, props misplaced, actors bandaged and bloody, and lines skewered.
Performances at Graffham's Empire Hall are from Thursday, May 8 to Saturday, May 10 at 7.30pm.
Tickets are available on the door or can be purchased in advance at Rosewarne's estate agents in Petworth, the post office and Hoyle Garage at Graffham,
online or by phone on 01798 867678.
