Good friends for many years in London and West Sussex, Sam Tod and John Anstee created Tod Anstee LLP in 2009. The ambition was to create a trustworthy market leading family firm being both personable and, to be put simply, bolder. With experience in competitive markets, including South West London and the Middle East, plus having roots around Chichester Harbour and The South Downs, we recognised the significance the London market plays in our region.
Having acquired part of the residential business of a major firm of chartered surveyors, the concept was to create a firm of Chichester estate agents, whom were above all clear, prompt and honest with all their clients. We also believe that a company’s reputation is built on the people they invest in. Our team therefore possesses a strong ethic accompanied with huge experience throughout the property industry.
