GB international Liz Yelling will be visiting Chichester Runners and AC on Monday (Jan 5).
With her husband Martin, who is also a top England runner, she will take a couple of coaching clinics at the Westgate Leisure Centre.
Seniors and juniors will have an opportunity to take part in a question and answer session and hear about her career as well as the many years of training she has had to put in to get to the top, culminating in her outstanding effort in the 2008 Beijing Marathon.
