Football’s anti-discrimination campaign kicks off in Sussex

A BIG push against racism and other discrimination in football hits Sussex from today.

Kick It Out’s One Game, One Community campaign has kicked off and the Sussex FA are pledging support.

With the help of the FA, the PFA and the Premier League, Kick It Out continues to operate as football’s equality and inclusion campaign, working with players at professional and grass-roots and community level, clubs, managers and fans.

Over the next 19 days the campaign remains will be most visible, acting as a united stand against discrimination and for equality.

Until October 31, Premier and Football League clubs will be making their own contribution by holding matchday events at their dedicated fixtures as will a number of grassroots clubs.

The Sussex FA will be making their presence felt, hosting a Kick-It-Out Day on Saturday 15th October, when Sussex under 18s take on the London FA under-18s in the first round of the FA County Youth Cup in Lancing.
