Chichester were made up of seasoned players along with a sprinkling of rookies.

University of Chichester player, Shannon McCarthy, made her mark on debut with two home runs, while junior Falcon Bronte Harvey showed maturity beyond her years as team catcher in the competition.

Some fine performances earned them a spot in the final, where they met The Floos.

Falcons fell just short after being edged out at the death but the team went home happy enough with second spot overall.
