DRAGONFLYERS members Libby Morton, Izzy Hauxwell and Anya Johnstone returned from Sheffield’s British spring series with their heads held high.

The trampolining girls faced tough opposition from some of Britain’s top talent at the second and final qualifier for NDP finals in Telford in July.

The trampolining girls faced tough opposition from some of Britain’s top talent.

All girls competed at NDP level seven with 11-year Morton taking eighth and Hauxwell tenth in the 11-12-years group, while Johnston finished an incredible 12th in the 13/14-years event.

Johnston and Sofija Kalnicenko both earned the qualification scores required for Telford and finished high enough to make selection.

Morton made the ranking but narrowly missed out on the required score.

All four girls will join team-mates in Hull for a National League event before jetting off to Portugal for an international event.
