WAS Chichester a city of culture in 1962? – that will be question addressed at a talk at the Record Office.
The talk will explore the social and cultural background to the opening of the Chichester Festival Theatre and what local people really thought about it.
It will be held from 7pm on Tuesday (November 20) at the West Sussex Record Office, in Orchard Street, Chichester.
