Pop-up clinic at Surrey hospital helps treat homeless people

The project has been set up by the Royal Surrey County Hospital in Guildford, which also cares for people from Horsham and Crawley.
Homeless people across the area have been housed because of the Covid-19 pandemic, giving them access to medical care.

Hide AdRoyal Surrey doctors and nurses have been working with the Hepatitis C Trust to set up the new potentially life-saving service.
So far more than 100 patients have been screened at the pop-up clinc for hepatitis C and liver damage, treating those who need it.
