Hide AdThomasina Miers, Wahaca co-founder, chef, and former Masterchef winner, said: “’I’m really excited that our Wahaca Brighton team is running a campaign to raise funds for a big beach clean and we’re hoping as many people as possible can get involved – just by eating tacos!
“Sustainability has always been integral to what we do at Wahaca from recycling all our food waste, becoming the UK’s first Carbon Neutral restaurant group back in 2016 or by working with local charities, suppliers and artists. It has been fantastic bringing that to life in our Brighton restaurant, a city I have come to know so well through my siblings who live down here. It’s great to be able to give back in such a fun way.”
