Additional station parking at Barnham
Southern Railway has told Arun District Council it believes the additional capacity could be achieved at the well-used station to ease problems in surrounding roads.
A review could be carried out to identify options to further expand the car park.

Hide AdThe information came from Ian Rashbrook, the train operator's stakeholder relations manager, in response to the council's concerns to ease the parking congestion caused by rail passengers leaving cars in residential roads.
Mr Rashbrook said bids for the area's new rail franchise, from this September, had to include plans to increase parking capacity.
