Bexhill lorry driver dies in M1 smash
David Prince, 47, worked for removal and storage company, Witham Brothers.
He was on his way to Halifax to pick up a load when the accident happened outside Northampton on May 6. Police said his lorry collided with the back of a second lorry just after nine o'clock in the morning.

Hide AdMr Prince, an unmarried man of Pebsham Lane, was pronounced dead at the scene.
The carnage caused by the crash, and the investigation of a suspect spillage from the other vehicle, caused the M1 to be closed for over seven hours.
Mr Prince, had worked for Witham Brothers, in Terminus Road, for five years, making friends among staff and customers.
Ian Witham, co-owner of the firm, said: "He was one of the nicest blokes you could have met - generous and a gentleman.

Hide Ad"He was reliable and very pro work. He never shirked anything and was very good with our customers."
Mr Witham added: "It was never like work, more like being part of a family and we feel we have lost one of our family.
"Our thoughts are with the people he has left behind and it's just terrible news."
Police in Northamptonshire are investigating the cause of the crash.
