Bloomin' great day
AN open garden to raise funds for Bexhill In Bloom was 'fantastic' according to organiser Sandra Melvin.
She held the event at her home in Turkey Road on Saturday.
Sandra said: “It was fantastic. The weather was great and we had about 50 people there, a good crowd right from 11.15am and wanting cream teas at that time of day.
“I was thrilled - it was great.
“In fact I even recruited a couple of helpers from the people who came along to deal with the strawberry cream tea.”
