Holidaymakers plucked from mud in Pagham harbour
While walking their dog, the pair found themselves up to their knees in mud along the shoreline of the harbour.
They called for help from the coastguard, who sent a helicopter from Lee-on-the-Solent to winch them to safety.

The two people, although a little embarrassed, were no worse for their ordeal.
Roger Young of Selsey coastguard said: "People should keep to the marked footpaths and not venture on to the mud. You can quickly become stuck and the more you struggle to free yourself, the deeper you go."
Coastguard rescue teams from Selsey and Littlehampton also attended the incident.
