Home-care provider is commended in report
Care2Connect was judged to be fully compliant with all the standards on which it was inspected, including for the care and welfare of people who use its services and its management of medicines.

“The biggest challenge we face in developing our business so that we can support more people who need help in Worthing and surrounding areas, is the availability of staff.
“We are constantly looking for staff who share our determination to deliver reliable, friendly, support.”
Care2Connect provide homecare across the county including Worthing, Lancing, Littlehampton, Shoreham and Steyning.

Hide AdRegarding Care2Connect’s level of care and welfare for those using its services the report reads: “One person told us ‘the care is absolutely superb and the staff are very, very good at their jobs’.
“One relative told us ‘I was thoroughly dissatisfied with the previous agency but when these carers walk in in the morning I say thank goodness.”
The CQC regulate health and social care services in England.
Inspections include conversations with those using the service, as well as carers and staff. Service records were reviewed as were systems and processes.
