Mosque arson attack: Clergyman's son in court
Richard Hall, 27, of Westbourne Avenue, Broadwater, appeared at Worthing Magistrates Court on March 24. He denied arson and burglary.
He was released on bail with conditions that he live with his parents in Crawley, does not leave their home without being accompanied by one of them and does not carry with him matches, lighters or other means of starting fire. He was also told to obey a curfew between 7pm and 8am.

Hide AdHis father, the Rev Adam Hall, a senior lecturer in religious studies, provided a 1,000 surety.
The mosque in Ivy Arch Road was damaged on March 11 when an intruder broke in through the back door. A gas pipe was cut and then set alight. The fire caused around 25,000 worth of damage.
The case will go to Chichester Crown Court for trial after a committal hearing before Worthing magistrates on May 12
