Henfield history trail awards for children
The treasure trail, sponsored by AVS Fencing of Horsham and supported by local businesses, was organised by Henfield Community Partnership. Ten boards telling the stories of famous Henfield people and places had been displayed in village shops. And at half-term the boards were all moved to the library where children were given quiz sheets to complete.
Said Leo Jago of HCP: “We were delighted with the success of the project, which was designed to bring history to life for young people in the village.
