LETTER: Riverside Walk - difficult for those with no web access

I completed the walk when I first moved to Horsham six years ago – although in stages – and thoroughly enjoyed it.
I know there have been improvements to it since then and was really keen to join the event in July.

How do those wishing to participate do so if they have no access to the Internet, as is the case with me?
It seems to be increasingly difficult in these modern times to get by if one does not have Internet facilities.
I would be very grateful if you could give me details of a contact phone number – I am sure there are others as disappointed as I am at not being able to participate if emailing is the only option.
Thank you in advance for your help.
