Slinfold School pupils enjoy Stone Age antics
Slinfold’s ample environmental area was utilised with the support of Forest Schools Leader, Judy Agate (from Green Caterpillars), to sample a range of activities which included: fire making, cordage, pottery, den building and bread making.
Children were busy experiencing how Neolithic children may have spent their day.

Teacher, Laura Braun said: “It was wonderful to see the children so immersed and utilising skills from the Stone Age. This new curriculum topic is proving to be a real hit.”
