Splash marks in Paddock Close, Bexhill, are caused by honey bees
From: C B Hone, Marley Lane, Battle
The splash marks that Jennifer Field accurately describes are caused by honey bees defecating from a great height.
Paddock Close must be temporally under the flight path of a colony or colonies of honey bees, feral or managed.
There is nothing that can be done, but these problems are usually transient.
