Teenagers take up tea tasting challenge
Visitors to the stand were invited to take part in a tea tasting challenge to see if they could tell their Lapsang Souchongs from their PG Tips.
“As well as learning more about apprenticeships and career opportunities in the hospitality sector, everyone taking part in the challenge had great fun and also learnt something about the different types of teas available, the methods of serving and the relevance of certain blends for different occasions,” said Jon Clay, Sussex area manager for HIT Training.
