Police boost funds for creative arts project
Superstar Arts, a non-profit community interest company, received a cheque for £400 from Worthing PCSO Helen Green, funded from the Sussex Police Property Act Fund.
The funding will be used to support art and community projects run by the group.

Hide AdSuperstar Arts participant Martin Dickinson said: “You don’t understand how thankful I am. It’s just amazing the amount of work and effort that goes into Superstar Arts groups.
“It is amazing and wonderful to see everyone’s happy face at the projects.”
Mr Dickinson had contacted the police to ask for support and PSCO Green was inspired to put the group forward for funding.
The group recently held an exhibition called ‘All About Owls’, following on from a visit from the Owls About Town group, which runs live demonstrations with birds of prey.

Hide AdMr Dickinson said: “I would like to say thank you to everyone who helped to put the display of our work up and celebrate it at our exhibition.
“It all looked great. I am happy to be a part of the art and our community group.”
Superstar Arts holds four exhibitions a year at St Paul’s Centre, in Chapel Road, showcasing the work of their members.
