Rustington's '˜Little Stars' shine at Ofsted inspection
Staff at the Little Stars Nursery, in Ascot Way, were left ‘over-the-moon with joy’, as inspectors from Ofsted judged the centre to be ‘Good’ in a recent evaluation.
The nursery, which looks after more than 70 children from babies to eight-year-olds, had received a ‘Satisfactory’ grade at its last inspection, in 2009, with Ofsted saying more needed to be done to improve its facilities.

Hide AdNow, more than four years on from the judgement and a £135,000 facelift later, Little Stars is on the up.
“We were really, really chuffed,” said owner Kirsty Smith. “It’s been a long time coming.
“Ofsted is meant to inspect you every three years or so. Our last was four-and-a-half years ago. So we were certainly very anxious.
“But we couldn’t have been any happier with the result – I was over the moon. It really was a lot of pressure because I desperately wanted to show how much we’ve improved.”
