Police were called to Lyminster Road in Wick, Littlehampton, at just after 6.50pm on Easter Monday (March 27) where two cars had collided near the Old Mead Road junction.
They were a silver Peugeot 206, driven by a 26-year-old woman from Littlehampton, and a red Nissan Qashqai, driven by a 61-year-old man from Bognor Regis.

The Peugeot driver sustained a cut right hand but did not require hospital treatment.
After failing a roadside breath test she was arrested on suspicion of drink-driving and has been bailed to appear before Worthing magistrates on Tuesday, 12 April at 2pm.
