Sparklingn idea to advise children on bonfire safety

The funeral directors, in Canada Grove, Bognor Regis, invited pupils from Bartons Primary School, in Lethaby Road, Bersted, to design posters and write poems about bonfire night.
Funeral director Marc Labrum said: “We are keen to encourage local youngsters to understand the potential dangers and help them to stay safe on this popular annual event.”

Hide AdEntries are on display in the business’s window for the half term week.
Judging will be carried out by a teacher, fire officer and member of staff from Bognor Regis Funeralcare.
The three winners will each be presented with a £20 book token next Friday at West Meads Fire Station.
