Stylish celebrations at Felpham college

Sixth form students gathered for an evening barbecue and quiz on Friday, June 17, to celebrate the end of a successful academic year.
Then year 11 students celebrated the end of their key stage four education at the annual Leavers’ Ball on Friday, June 24.

Hide AdEvery year, students arrive in spectacular style for the Leavers’ Ball and this year was no exception.
Students stepped out of an assortment of vehicles, from jaw-dropping luxury choices to the show-stopping outrageous.
The school hall was transformed for the evening with a stunning enchanted forest setting. Students and staff danced the night away and celebrated the end of all their hard work and the exam season.
Voting was available for Prom King and Queen, with Jamie Martin and Martine Evans successfully crowned at the end of the event.

Hide AdLouise Hamblin, year 11 leader, said: “It was a fantastic evening and one the students were well deserving of. We worked really hard to make the hall look as magical as possible for the event and the students all looked fabulous.
“They are now looking forward to receiving their results in August, with a large number returning to FCC in September as part of the sixth form.”
More than 100 students and staff gathered to say farewell to year 13 students and reminisce about the year gone.
Patrick Hargood, sixth form leader, said: “Good food, student awards and a relaxed atmosphere made the evening a brilliant success.
