Take on crazy golf champions in Hastings

And local people are being invited to take up the challenge and contend for the title.
It takes place at the seafront course on Saturday October 24 and Sunday 25.

Hide AdAnyone can enter the competition from top flight players to complete novices.
People will be playing for the top prize fund of £1,000! There are also runner up prizes of £750, £500, £200 and £100.
For a shot at the title competitors must beat the windmill and water mill as well as negotiate the bends, twists and ramps on the traditional seaside course.
Simon Tompkins of Hastings Adventure Golf, said: “We always look forward to this competition. There are players of all abilities, from top flight to complete novices, some crazy outfits and always a great spirit of fun over the whole weekend.”

Hide AdIf you think you’ve got what it takes, you enter via the British Minigolf Association website: www.minigolf.org.uk where you can download an application form. All entrants benefit from a free practice session on Friday October 23.
Hastings Adventure Golf, has been dubbed the ‘spiritual home of crazy golf’ by the British Minigolf Association.
Last year’s winner and three-time World Crazy Golf Champion, Chris Harding from Birmingham, will be hoping to defend his title.
The championship has been organised by the British Mini Golf Association.

Hide AdThe organisers have extended the entries up to 75 competitors which means that there are still a number of places free. Entries for the event will close on Saturday October 17.
The competition will take place across seven rounds with four rounds being played on Saturday and two rounds on Sunday for all players. The final round on Sunday will be contested amongst the top 18 players.
All players will use the official ball of the 2015 World Crazy Golf Championship, which is theirs to keep after the competition.
Entry costs £35 for current 2015 BMGA Tour Pros and £40 for everyone else.
