EP HIT THE FINAL
MATT HUCKETT was at the heart of every goal for East Preston last Wednesdat, when they thrashed a weakened Lancing to make their way into the final of the Brighton Charity Cup, where they will meet Horsham at Queen Street on April 30.
After a scoreless first half, EP got into their stride within two minutes of the restart. Sean Duffy went round the full-back, Josh Biggs' original shot was parried by Matthew May in the Lancers goal and Huckett said thanks a lot.
Biggs doubled the lead three minutes later after Huckett had broken from halfway, and May produced yet another parry.
And within another eight minutes it was 3-0. Lee Gibbs went round the full-back, drew May and slipped the ball in at the far post.
