VIDEO: Arundel inspired against East Grinstead
The Mullets boss read out a report before the game from their 2-0 defeat which criticised his side’s performance.
It seemed to do the trick as Arundel held their visitors to a 0-0 draw at Wick’s Crabtree Park to extend their unbeaten run to six games.

“They put a report on their website saying that we were one of the worst teams they had played. I read that to the lads and said how much we had improved since that and told them to go and prove themselves.
“I must admit we rode our luck a bit in the first half and I was really grateful to get in at 0-0 at half-time.
“But fair credit to the lads, they dug in and in the second half defended really well and could have even snatched it right at the end.”
