Bunn Leisure sees 40 new jobs and training centre part of £20m investment at holiday park

One of the largest holiday parks on the south coast has announced plans to create a national training centre for hospitality and lesiure workers.

Cove UK, the owner and operator of Bunn Leisure, will set up the centre at its Selsey headquarters.

The Cove Academy will open this spring and will work with local and regional skills providers to offer training and development in hospitality.

The academy is part of a £20m investment in Bunn Leisure over the next five years.

This investment will include the recruitment of up to 40 additional finance, administrative, legal, investment and management roles over the next 18 months at the Selsey head office.

Antony Smith, culture and development manager, said: "Through the Cove Academy, our people will access world-class learning, giving them the skills to provide exceptional service to our guests, motivational leadership for our team, and a whole range of options to progress in the company."
