Free digital seminar to transform your business

Businesses are being invited to a free seminar organised by this newspaper to help them transform their digital marketing.

By the end of 2013, it is estimated that there will be more mobile devices on the planet than people - but many local firms lack the time and in-house expertise to use digital to develop their business.

Announcing the special seminar, the advertisement director of the Chichester Observer series of newspapers, Tony Portelli said: “The world of technology and digital marketing is having a significant impact on how we behave as consumers and how we do business today. It could be fair to say that any business that does not adapt to the new era of digital marketing and communications may be in danger of losing out.

“These days an online presence means more than just a basic website. Simply because people go online in all sorts of different ways, an effective site has to look right and perform well on mobile, tablets and computers. As people search in different ways, it is important to make sure you’re business is visible from every angle.

“Some businesses lack the in-house knowledge to deal with digital, while others may feel left behind by the rapid pace of change as technologies develop. Many of these digital technologies are free to access and use, but it can be challenging for businesses to learn how to use them effectively in their marketing strategy.”

This newspaper has always been at the heart of helping local firms market themselves effectively.

As a result, we would like invite businesses to the FREE two-hour seminar on November 28 to offer insights into the digital marketing landscape and best practice for local businesses.
