Find out about life beside the seaside at the Southampton Boat Show

Summer brings even more sailors taking to open water for excitement, challenge and sheer enjoyment.

Property along the coastline has always held a special attraction for those bitten by the sailing bug and estate agency Henry Adams sees an upsurge in interest in homes near the waterfront particularly throughout the summer months.

This year Henry Adams, which has its head office in the heart of Chichester, will once again be exhibiting a selection of homes at the Southampton Boat Show 2017.

Pamela Phelan of Henry Adams, who is a keen sailor herself, said: “The Southampton Boat Show is for anyone keen to get out on the water, whether they want a family-friendly canoe adventure, to try out a new boat or maybe even consider a global sailing challenge.

“We plan to take a wide cross-section of homes to appeal just about every taste.

“Last year there were tens of thousands of visitors to the Southampton Boat Show which is Britain’s biggest festival of boating taking place in Europe’s largest purpose-built marina, so we are expecting this year will be just as busy and we’re already starting to put together our portfolio of exhibits.”

Henry Adams work closely with Waterside Properties at the exhibition to feature properties along the south coast from Littlehampton to Emsworth and Hayiing Island.

Pamela and her colleagues will be attending to offer help and advice to those thinking of buying, selling or renting property along this fantastic stretch of coast.
