A DEVELOPER has lodged an appeal against the council’s refusal for 50 homes in Bracklesham Bay.
Chichester District Council threw out the plans for 50 homes on the land North of Beech Avenue, stating the location was ‘unsustainable’ with ‘inadequate transport, infrastructure and a lack of employment opportunities’.
Wates Development Ltd has launched the appeal, and it will be heard as a planning inquiry.
