Seven Spitfires and a Hurricane are due to fly over Portsmouth today (Tuesday August 18) in a spectacular Battle of Britain tribute.
The aircraft are part of a 24-plane flight that will split three ways after taking off from Biggin Hill in Kent at around 1pm.
The eight planes heading west should be seen above Portsmouth and the Isle of Wight at around 1.25pm before the loop back for the flight home.
Organisers say the direction from which they approach Portsmouth and their precise flight path across the city will depend on weather conditions and air traffic control instructions.
