Body transformation specialist comes to Chichester
Body transformation specialist Jamie Alderton is shaping a training facility like no other.
The fitness model, body transformation coach and a WBFF Pro Model is set to deliver another level of fitness to Chichester, with the Terminus Road site opening July 1.
With the help of Grenade – an innovative sports performance brand – Jamie has designed a gym which can only be described as a body sculpting factory that is built for hard work and results, not hiding behind the familiar cardio machines.
Jamie’s brainchild comes from his dream of changing the way people see fitness and nutrition, and through his selective membership and online services he plans to provide one-to-one support to every one of his clients – not only in Chichester, but worldwide.
He said: “This gym will cater for what people want and what they need.
“A lot of gyms are driven by the footfall and the amount of people they can sign up, but my focus is purely on the clients and getting results.”
The fitness entrepreneur plans on signing up a small membership of just 100 people for his gym to delivery this quality service.
However, Jamie has approximately 1,500 clients from all over the world – ranging from athletes to 40-year-olds trying to lose a bit of weight – and so aims to utilise the fitness hub to reach out to his large following.
He said: “Most of what we are doing is online, not everyone lives in Chichester so I’m bringing the gym to them.
“Through webinars, digital products and other online services I can help all of my clients, not just the ones based in this area.”
Jamie added: “A gym session is the one hour where a client thinks they know what to do, but my focus is on the other 23 hours where they’re not in the gym, because that is when bad habits and poor diet choices can affect a person’s results.”
