Call for Bognor Regis memories
A WRITER has asked for anyone with memories of Bognor Regis in years gone by to get in touch.
Sarah Freeman is the author of a new book on the history of the great British seaside and is looking for people’s memories of Bognor Regis’ entertainment venues.
She said: “Perhaps you were a regular at the Esplanade Theatre, maybe you met the love of your life on the floor of the Rex Ballroom or perhaps you have fond memories of the Roof Garden Theatre and remember when the pier was more than just a launchpad for the International Bognor Birdman competitors.”
