Car fire in Chichester

A CAR was completely burned out after catching on fire in Chichester today.

The fire service was called to the incident on Terminus Road, close to the Fisbourne Roundabout and Tesco, at just after 11am.

Firemen found the car well alight but managed to extinguish the flames within around 20 minutes before making the scene safe.

West Sussex Fire & Rescue Service tweeted: “Car fire on Terminus Rd #Chichester has now been extinguished. It started accidentally and nobody has been hurt.”
