Daiga Savasinka, 55, of Chichester Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £340 and must pay £119.59 vehicle excise back duty, £90 costs, after admitting keeping a vehicle on a public road in Bognor Regis on May 19, 2015, without a licence.

Adam James, 45, of Connaught House, The Esplanade, Bognor Regis, was fined £45 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £25 costs, after admitting stealing goods worth £12.30 from Morrisons, Bognor Regis, on March 6, 2016.

Bartlomiej Kraj, 28, of Duriston Drive, Bognor Regis, was fined £750 and must pay £75 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to provide specimen for analysis when required by police in Bognor Regis on March 6, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Ben Luther, 19, of Westgate, Chichester, was given a restraining order and must pay £115 compensation after admitting causing £120 damage to three tyres in Chichester on March 7, 2016. He was given a community order and must carry out 180 hours’ unpaid work after admitting possessing a blade (lock knife) in Sherbourne Road, Chichester, on March 7, 2016. He must pay £60 victim surcharge, £85 costs.

Sandu Macovei, 35, of Whyke Court, Whyke Close, Chichester, was fined £415 and must pay £42 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting drink-driving (58mg of alcohol in 100ml of breath) in Bognor Regis on March 4, 2016. He was disqualified from driving for 16 months.

Darren Penfold, 50, of Van Dyck Place, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for 12 months and must pay £75 compensation, £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting assault by beating in Bognor Regis on February 11, 2016.

Jordan Kennett, 36, of Hedge End, Barnham, was fined £200 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £25 costs, after admitting disorderly behaviour while drunk in Hotham Park, Bognor Regis, on March 3, 2016.

Lee Billingham, 40, of Whitfield Close, Bognor Regis, was fined £200 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting using threating words or behaviour in Shripney Road, Bognor Regis, on January 6, 2016.

Steven Chandler, 28, c/o Ruskin Avenue, Bognor Regis, was discharged conditionally for 24 months and must pay £15 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting stealing lager worth £8 from The Co-operative, Yapton, on February 29, 2016.

Kevin Hanks, 39, of East Street, Billingshurst, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of failing to identify a driver when required by police in Shoreham on November 5, 2015. His driving licence was endorsed with six points.

Bruce Henderson, 82, of Dalloway Road, Arundel, was fined £130 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit in Westergate Street, Aldingbourne, on December 16, 2015. His driving licence was endorsed with three points.

Mark Riggs, 53, of Shelley House, Sudley Road, Bognor Regis, was fined £115 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 60mph speed limit on the A24 Dial Post on September 12, 2015. His driving licence was endorsed with three points.

Brent Williams, 47, of Firs Avenue, Bognor Regis, was fined £660 and must pay £66 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after being found guilty of failing to identify a driver when required by police in Bognor Regis on December 14, 2015. His driving licence was endorsed with six points.

Mark Channon, 46, of Cavendish Street, Chichester, was fined £167 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 60mph speed limit on the A24 Dial Post on September 12, 2015. His driving licence was endorsed with three points.

Brian Croot, 50, of Main Drive, Bognor Regis, was fined £266 and must pay £26 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 60mph speed limit on the A24 Dial Post on September 10, 2015. His driving licence was endorsed with three points.

Charlotte Bicknell, 32, of St Michael’s Close, Northchapel, wsa fined £65 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting driving over the 30mph speed limit on the A283 Northchapel on September 12, 2015. Her driving licence was endorsed with three points.

Claire Connolly, 42, of Binsted, was fined £115 and must pay £20 victim surcharge, £85 costs, after admitting failing to stop at a red light in Mill Road, Worthing, on September 10, 2015. Her driving licence was endorsed with three points.
